Atlanta Corporate Housing Services

CORPORATE HOUSING – Corporate housing is really our #1 service. It’s where our company started and it remains our “bread and butter”, as they say. These furnished apartment rentals come with all utilities included. The linens and towels are also there. dinnerware, silverware, everything. All you need to bring are clothes and a toothbrush, we handle the rest. You can customize your setup to meet your needs. For example, you can choose not to have cable TV for lower rent. Or, you may want to not only have cable TV, but you want to add the sports package…we can do that. Just tell us what you need and will make sure it happens. Remember, everything is included!

MONTH-TO-MONTH – Many of our guests are only looking for a 30 day stay. These short-lease rentals are the hardest to come by. For one, many complexes and communities will not allow less than 3 month leases. So this creates a tight supply. Then, throw in things like 30 day furniture rental and housewares supplies, and the costs start to stack up. If you’re looking for a 30 day lease, please contact leasing with your desired location and they will email you the options we have that can accommodate a short-lease in said area.

PET FRIENDLY – Finding pet friendly corporate housing can be a chore, especially in Atlanta. Some cities are known for being uber-dog-friendly such as Denver or San Francisco. Unfortunately, Atlanta isn’t one of those places. Luckily, we have a pretty diverse partner network and we can almost certainly find you some options. However, please know that if you have one of the so-called “dangerous breeds”, things can become even more difficult. Please inquire with leasing and let them know your pet details such as size and breed, and then they can proceed in finding a property that can accommodate your specific pet(s).

GROUP STAYS – Travelling with a group, crew, or team? There are a lot of reasons you may need to house a large number of people together in the same building or complex. Sports teams, bands and orchestras, corporate relocations, construction crews, medical personnel, government employees, the list goes on. If you are seeking housing accommodation for a large group of people, Contact us, we can help. We have over 50,000 housing options in the United States, we can assure your group has corporate lodging no matter what city you’re headed to.

INTERNS – Atlanta is a mega-business hub. Some of the worlds largest brands call Atlanta home. From Coke to Home Depot, there is no shortage of employers in our great city. Along with these mega-corporations comes the need for employees, including interns. If you’re a company looking to offload the burden of your housing logistics, let’s chat. We can save you a lot of time and money. Travelers Haven / Blu has fantastic discounts for both small and large businesses. Contact our B2B leasing team today and see what we can do for you.

HOUSING FOR BUSINESS – Finally, we have business housing. This is similar to corporate housing from above, but business housing is a little more centered around small business owners and corporations who have frequent travelers. We can accommodate all of your employees, no matter where they are headed. Small towns? Large cities? Large groups of workers? High-level executive travelers? We cater to a wide-range of employee types. Let us know where you’re headed and the type of housing you want to supply your employees with and we will take care of the rest. We also offer fantastic discounts for business accounts. Get in touch with leasing and start saving money today.
