MONTH-TO-MONTH – Many of our guests are only looking for a 30 day stay. These short-lease rentals are the hardest to come by. For one, many complexes and communities will not allow less than 3 month leases. So this creates a tight supply. Then, throw in things like 30 day furniture rental and housewares supplies, and the costs start to stack up. If you’re looking for a 30 day lease, please contact leasing with your desired location and they will email you the options we have that can accommodate a short-lease in said area.
PET FRIENDLY – Finding pet friendly corporate housing can be a chore, especially in Atlanta. Some cities are known for being uber-dog-friendly such as Denver or San Francisco.
